Some cats like to retrieve objects. There are very few cats that don’t love to chase things that dart out and quickly back out of sight. Start this exercising for 5 minutes and build the time in 5 minute blocks. Don’t forget a 5 minute cool down time; plus, if your cat shows any excessive panting, it’s time to stop!
These cat exercises are not only healthy but can stop bad habits like the cat that runs and plays in the middle of the night or that nasty habit of the cat attacking you as you walk through the room.
