Annual Exams
Annual physical exams are one of the most important parts of your pet’s preventative health program. As part of the yearly exam, the doctor checks the teeth for tartar, the ears for infection, the skin for parasites or small tumors, and your pet’s weight is monitored for overeating, obesity, or underweight signs of a potential health problem. One year of your pet’s life is equal to five to seven human years, so your pet’s annual physical exam is necessary for early detection of health changes.
