Pet Overpopulation
Have you ever wondered how important pets are to their owners? A recent survey says that they are very important and these are a few facts to prove it.
    I want to discuss a subject that is of great importance to me: pet overpopulation. The number one killer of dogs and cats is not a virus or bacteria, but unwanted stray pets that end up in animal shelters. You can't get angry at the shelters - we should look to why there are so many abandoned pets.

    Look to the dog or cat that has a litter or maybe because their owner put off having them spayed or neutered. What about the neighbor that wants to have a litter or two to make extra money? Most of these cute kittens and puppies are forced on friends and family or worse, they are given away in parking lots to any taker.

    My sincere request - Please have your pet spayed or neutered.
